Relatives asked me this question during CNY, and followed by "must eat more!"
My friends asked me this question when they have not seen me for a long while
My paternal grandmother asked me this question when I bump into her at Boon Lay mrt station.
My parents asked me this question and asked "do you eat your meals?"
2 mothers of colleagues asked me this question, not infront of me but through my colleagues, asking"why your friend so skinny?"
A lady who is a stranger entered the same lift as me in the same block also asked me this question, but she used the word "slim", and I gave her a smile =)
During YMCA meeting, someone whom I met after a long while, but I recognise her, also asked me the same question, and I said "no la, I haven't changed a bit."
After every friends' gathering, someone will just say this question, and I will just say "you have not seen me for a while, not that I have become skinnier."
Then my friend will say "no , really you have grown skinnier."
Another friend will say "you should eat more."
and I will say "I have already eat alot."
someone who saw me wearing a smaller size t-shirt, will also asked this question.
Someone even asked me this question "are you going on a diet?"
would you think that it is possible that I go on a diet!?

I am just sick and tired of being asked this question time and again, again and time
and I tell myself
the next time if anyone were to ask me this question again
I will just IGNORE and give a blank look
coz it does not add a single worry, trouble, inconvenience, significance, importance, meaning and happiness in my life.
