Today Ash asked me what's the meaning of my name?
So here it goes...

My baptism name: Jillian
Gender:Girl
Origin:Latin
Meaning:Down-bearded youth
Pronunciation:(JIL ee an)

Q: What does the name Jillian mean?

A: Youthful / youngish

Meaning: youngish - somewhat young
young, immature - (used of living things especially persons) in an early period of life or development or growth; "young people"

Young meaning new born is because I want to remind myself that in Christ, I am born again...but then I still need to continue growing in Christ.

Ashley says that it is a name that her father gave her...it means restful spirit, and from the ash tree, then Ash says she will come from the ash and then she has to go back to ash...from ashes to ashes...dust to dust.

Good reminder of our baptism names.... =)
